I build and lead world-class in-house creative teams, driving them to global success through vision, strategy, and execution. With a deep passion for understanding the consumer mindset—both digital and physical—I anticipate needs and craft experiences that resonate and endure.

Born and raised in Florence, Italy, I studied visual communication and photography before moving to the United States over 25 years ago. Since then, I’ve helped shape and transform some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Starbucks, Amazon Private Brands, Tazo, and Weber.

My Italian heritage informs a distinct design sensibility, often described as both refined and intuitive. Paired with strong business acumen, this perspective has enabled me to forge lasting partnerships and deliver impactful, market-driven creative solutions.
